A Second Grove Crane
Tulloch Developments Ltd has added a second Grove crane to its fleet. Both cranes are the 3055 version, which has a capacity of 55 tonnes.
These cranes are impressive machines, able to tackle a wide range of jobs and capable of working on rough terrain. They feature a six-wheel layout with all-wheel steering and four-wheel drive and they’re powered by a Mercedes-Benz six-cylinder diesel engine. The main boom extends to 43m and stability is ensured by 4 hydraulic telescoping beams with vertical cylinders and outrigger pads, all linked to an automatic leveling system.
These cranes are a major asset in Tulloch Developments’ civil engineering work.
