Marine Cathodic Protection

Tulloch Developments can install cathodic protection against corrosion on new & existing marine structures. Marine cathodic protection is where we attach an anode onto a subsea steel structure. The anode is made from a less denser metal, usually zinc or aluminium alloy. The anode will deteriorate before the steel structure does which prolongs the life of the steel structure.
